…but I must be in Athens on Wednesday!…

… not me but maybe you. With the Seaman’s Union (PNO) strike on Tuesday May 16 and Wednesday May 17th, those with business off the island better leave today or tomorrow. For those wishing the easier route from Skopelos to Athens, the mighty Proteus ferry (ANES lines) leaves Monday afternoon from Glossa. The KTEL bus connection meets the boat in Mantoudi and whisks to Athens passengers traveling without their own vehicles.

The ANES schedules for Monday (before the strike) and Thursday (after the strike) are below. As always, check with the ticket offices for up-to-date information and, if you already have tickets, make sure the office has your correct contact details.

The Flying Cat to Volos should leave at its usual time (07:10) Monday AM
