One of the byproducts of the recent storms was some dicey phone connections which meant for us bad internet.
We are again up and running after being “out” for a few days.
Around us here in the countryside are a lot of broken tree limbs, olive and non-deciduous wild forest trees seemingly taking the brunt. The sound of chainsaws has been constant from morning to dusk as folks clean-up their property and stack firewood for next winter. Everywhere there are piles of green branches, too small for firewood, waiting to be burned.
The photo is of a spot of sunshine hitting the village for a brief moment this morning. The weather promises to continue to be poor: cold, wet and gloomy, through at least the weekend.
